How often are deposits made to my account?
As a merchant, you are able to choose how often you would like to receive deposits. For your first deposit, expect 2 days for the transfer to be initiated + up to 2 days for the rolling deposit. After the first deposit you can expect to have a rolling two day deposit as long as you meet the $50 sales minimum.
From your joe merchant dashboard you may choose one of the following transfer cadences:
- Daily: rolling 2 day deposits (2 day delay)
- Weekly: Monday - Sunday (deposited every Tuesday morning)
- Bimonthly: 1st - 15th and 15th - end of the month (deposited on the 17th and the 2nd)
- Monthly: deposited on the 2nd of the following month.
To choose your transfer cadence:
- Log in to your joe Merchant Portal
- Select Banking from the left hand menu bar
- Under the Transfer Cadence section, select from Daily, Weekly, Bimonthly, or Monthly
